Who do you use for shipping?
We use DPD for all orders to Ireland and the UK.
We ship worldwide to all other countries using An Post.
How can I track my order?
Track your order on the DPD website (Ireland and UK) or the An Post website (rest of world) using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
We only have the same tracking information that the An Post website shows, so if you still have questions about where it is, contact An Post directly.
My package hasn't been delivered yet or has been delivered to the wrong address
You need to contact DPD for orders to Ireland or the UK or An Post for all other orders using the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email.

All goods entering the USA now have taxes applied, so you will get an email from An Post requesting payment. These charges have to be paid before your books can be delivered. If you don't pay the customs, your order will be returned to us.
Why does it cost so much to ship the series pre-order?
When you pre-order the complete series before the first book of the year is published, it means we have to pass on the costs for each book to be shipped individually four separate times during the year. If you order the series later in the year, the shipping costs go down each time another book is published.
